Getting what we want is a skill. Specifically negotiation skills. When we reflect and consider how we show up and know exactly what we want we then can prepare a way to ask with confidence and clarity. Not only does this work in our every day lives. It works in protecting ourselves, our companies, and our proprietary information. Risk is one of those 4-letter words.
